Training Times Available
We are happy to announce that we can offer free training times in the venue for the teams on May 1st. You can apply for a free training time slot by sending an email and requesting one of the available times from this document.

Each team (team that is performing a team routine) has 1 free 30 min time slot. Extra time will be charged at 25 eur per additional 30 mins.
Additional bracelets:
For the safety of athletes the access to changing area will be restricted to participants and norganizers only. Every team will be granted 1 coaches bracelet for free. If there are more than 20 participants from a club, the club will receive 1 coaches’ bracelet for every 20 registered athletes, so they can accompany the team in the backstage. If the teams needs more bracelets for entourage, they can apply for additional bracelets by filling the form in attachment and sending it to info@karseji.lv . Every additional non- competing bracelet will cost 10 EUR.
LUNCH PRE-ORDER
If you would like to pre-order lunch for your team, you can do it by sending your application to cafe@rigaexpo.lv . Please add company details for invoice, while ordering.
